This 4 week online program is designed for people who crave clarity, balance, and resilience. All from the comfort of your home.
You’ll learn to build a yoga practice that is easy to sustain and fits into your daily life.
Through short, adaptable practices, you’ll discover how yoga can become a daily ritual that supports your body, mind, and well-being, even on your busiest days.
What You’ll Experience:
- Simple, functional yoga practices you can return to anytime
- Sequences that target all of your body and are both yin (passive, gentle) and yang (dynamic)
- 4 Workshops that help you understand the why behind each sequence. As well as how to adapt it to your body and lifestyle
- Library of 4 videos (approx. 20 minutes) to support your personal practice
- Improved mobility, posture, and energy flow
- A consistent, realistic home practice you’ll actually look forward to
Program Themes:
Each theme blends movement, awareness, and education to help you connect with your body in new ways.
Spine: support, posture, and release
Hips: stability, grounding, and mobility
Shoulders, Chest & Belly: strength, openness, and breath
Breath, Focus & Balance: clarity and calm from the inside out

This isn’t about doing yoga perfectly. It’s about learning how to listen, adjust, and meet yourself exactly where you are.

Elīze
Home practice offers a different rhythm from a studio class, inviting you to show up for yourself on the mat and tune in to your body’s signals so you can adjust mindfully. It encourages you to shape your sessions to your needs, whether gentle and meditative or more physically challenging.
Build confidence and resilience in your practice and daily life. Over time, you also begin to create your own ritual, making your yoga practice a personal, nourishing space.
What is included in the course
- 4 Live Zoom workshops (each 1 hour):
- Steps on how to make Home practice happen
- Practice time
- Variations adapted to your needs and body
- Suggestions How to adjust your practice to fit your mental, emotional and energetic needs
- Time for Q&A
- Library of 4 x 20-minute Practice Video (excerpts from the Zoom workshops)
After each workshop you will receive a shorter practice sequence.
Accessible Yin (slow, gentle) or Yang (stronger, dynamic) sequences you can return to anytime.
